co-founder of Job Shop, she hold a Masters degree in human resource management from Midiform Business School in Roma (Italy). Elmine is incharge of the human resource and customer care functions of job shop.

Dr. Eric Lonla
co-founder of job shop. Dr. Lonla holds a Phd in public health from the university of Milan (Italy). Lonla is the finance and administrative director of Job Shop. He has eleven years experience, working as project manager for the Italian ministry of foreign affairs, International NGOs, Medecin sans frontieres and the French red cross.
